Super helpful staff. Did a bra measurement for me before purchase and they fit amazing. Would not have gotten the best size for me had they not taken the time to do this.
Best customer service ever. This afternoon I went in there and the three ladies working in there all helped me. They were all very helpful and very nice.
Just went in and was told I had been pre selected to apply for a Torrid credit card. Neither one of those two derp derp sales associates knew how I was supposed to enter the income information, resulting in me not getting approved. I have excellent credit and just recently got approved for a Lane Bryant card. One of the associates tried to say that maybe it was because I had too many credit cards already.
