I love Torrid! My bday is in January so, I went in to use my rewards. The employees were awesome! The store was clean. My only complaint is that there wasn't anything that looked good. I was let down. Every January I have a tradition of getting a dress, leggings, and something random. Maybe next time.

These ladies were extremely helpful and super friendly! This was my first time in the store, but they helped me with everything and then got me signed up for the rewards program!!
