I have gone on two different occasions and there is one employee with black hair, bangs and several facial piercings. She has been very rude to myself, my SIL and my mother. She refused to help us find articles of clothing. When we asked for help she was blunt and rude. I went on October 23rd around noon and again on October 26th. I typically love torrid and the customer service but this employee has definitely let us down.

Maggie must not be working there any longer. The quality of customer service at this store has declined significantly. When I entered, I was not greeted or offered assistance, and when I inquired about my order, the employee was more focused on What her co-workers were talking about. I had found more items I WAS going to purchase from clearance, when I asked the other lady at counter (my guess manger) the price and if it was an additional 30% off she immediately said no because I got it from “last few” and proceeded to tell ... read more
