Left disappointed because I was not expecting it to be a “clearance” store. Everything looks like a dumpster fire. If I wanted to diddle with racks, I would go to Goodwill. Fitting for how gaudy and shabby the garments look anymore. Torrid has gone so far down the hill. FATEST 0/5.
I went to the Torrid at Tanger outlet on 11/8/2024 circa 5pm and finished shopping around 530pm. I think an associate intentionally didn't scan an item I had put with my items so she could buy it herself. There was only one associate there (K - her name is on my receipt). I try on a few items, one of which is a jacket. I love the jacket. I show the jacket to my partner who was with me on how I love the jacket. K checks on me and asks me if I'm buying the jacket. Rude staff not even a smile or nod of acknowledgment upon entry. Never offered a changing room.
