I love the ladies that work there! This location can feel cramped at times but it is kept pretty clean. Torrid has great style and I love the jeans! Great place to shop for your curves.
I’m really disappointed and honestly sad that it had to go this way. I told the associate I wanted to price match from the online Torrid website. The total should have been around $39 before using my rewards. I clearly explained that I planned to use my $30 reward cash, and she applied it but then changed the item back to the regular in-store price instead of the price-match price. I used to be a true believer of Torrid but the prices are ridiculous and whatever you do, DO NOT GET THE CREDIT CARD. They change the interest based on your purchase and charge you extra interest even if you pay it off on your due date. Do not do it!!
