When I travel to Albany for work, I always have to stop here! I don't have a Torrid near my hometown(nearest one is over a hour away) so when I travel for work to Albany, I always stop here. The people here are always so nice to me when I shop! I enjoy coming here and shopping. :)
The people who work at the colonie store are very nice, but overall customer service is not very good. No one ever answers the phone! I would go there and purchase items and give them the business, but when I see something online trying to find out if they have it in the store is near impossible. So I just order online. Last week the entire store was closed for a full week. The whole staff was ill apparently. The sign on the door said they w/b closed for 1 day. I live 40 minutes away. I drove there and back 3 times!
