*update to this review; I called to make sure items I didn’t receive were refunded and the woman that answered was very helpful, efficient and kind. Wanted to give credit where it’s due. Went in over the weekend to pick up an order. Part of it didn’t arrive in time as promised (I was traveling) so I inquired how to get a refund for those items. Went in over the weekend to pick up an order. Part of it didn’t arrive in time as promised (I was traveling) so I inquired how to get a refund for those items. The employees were very rude, condescending and dismissive. The “boss” walked away WHILE was still asking a question to clarify. As I left I mentioned to my husband how rude they were and another customer heard me and agreed. They were unhelpful, acted inconvenienced that I had a question and made me feel stupid for even asking. Won’t go to this location again.
