The ladies of Torrid we're exceptionally helpful and very courteous
Not a fan of their hours I got here at 10:30 on the piece of paper. It says they don’t open till 11. Some people have lives and work and I was in between a job to pick up an item that was sent to their store and now I’m gonna have to wait some more before I can pick up my item Because once I have finished my day of work, I go straight home cause nobody wants to be out driving in late in the afternoon not in Fort Wayne at least disappointed in you.
I ADORE Torrid! Especially this location. It's so clean, well organized, and the staff here are super kind and helpful!
