Had a great experience at the Torrid in the NWA mall with my friend today, and all thanks to an associate named Cas! Encouraging, helpful, friendly, just an overall amazing time. She was personable and asked helpful questions while securing our dressing room with our chosen items, and even going the extra mile to call us by our names. We've been helped by Cas on more than one occasion and she's just always a delight. Thank you Cas! You're the best!!
Cass is the literal sweetest ever, always so helpful and supportive of my and others journeys to find the perfect outfits for special occasions. Thank you so much girl!!
Store may be understaffed or I could have gone when someone was on break. No one came to check on me or assist me while shopping and trying on clothes the hour I was in the store. This might be a great thing if you want to shop alone, however I was shopping for a special occasion and would have liked some assistance from the staff
