I love Torrid for the simple fact it's one of only 2 stores you can really shop for plus sizes. But the prices, yikes. The customer service is a bit ehhh. They ordered the wrong jeans that I very specifically said I did not like, and I feel like the girl helping me out was just completely over everything and didn't even want to be there. I exchanged the jeans today, with the help of another girl and she was awesome. But even with torrid cash and sales it's still expensive and sadly not somewhere I can afford to shop regularl... read more
