Googled a place that cares about women of substance, located Torrid. I needed something measured and that could be done at Torrid. Journey to Torrid on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 around 5:35 PM. My first experience. 1. No greeting . They ONLY GREET the REGULAR CUSTOMERS. I asked a question and she was VERY SHORT &RUDE !! It cost NOTHING TO BE KIND to people. My SECOND experience the EXACT SAME THING. I've walked out twice. I will NOT return. This Columbus location. The service is HORRIBLE & VERY RUDE. My suggestion RE-TRAINING of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
If I could give them a minus 10 I would. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to be waited on and they were not busy and not one employee even acknowledged me even after I asked if there was a cashier because apparently I'm invisible. Worst service ever. Ridiculous.
Haley and the other young lady were fantastic. We were visiting from out of town and I'd like to travel back just to shop there again. Those ladies were so professional and caring. We had a great shopping experience. They were so knowledgeable. Thanks for the experience.
