I love the options and great quality clothing Torrid has. I get my outfits for work and for play. I love the fact it's not frumpy.
the prices are super high for the quality. pro abky wont shop at Torrid in general anymore. This store was clean, stocked, organized and the staff was nice.
Needed a bra and knew exactly where to go for the purchase! My usual Torrid location is in Allen, but I didn’t want to deal with the crowds at the outlet. Searched locations closest to me and thank goodness I chose the Plano location. Crystal and Prerna were absolutely amazing! They were so patient and kind, with amazing customer service! Crystal assisted me with a bra fitting. Not only did I learn my correct size, but I was able to purchase two bras that I NEEDED! This is definitely my go-to location now!
I came here today to find something to wear on my work trip next week. Never been here. Stuck in my same wardrobe for years. Knowing nothing of what the store had or even what I was really looking for. The two amazing women I met when I walked in asked me questions. Gave me advice.
