I had a great experience with Stephanie and Rachel helped too. This location was awesome.
Tried to call the store and ask who the manager was because she was rude to my daughter who was just in the store. The manager looked right at her and said she is still in here . If this is the people that Torrid has in charge of their stores it’s a disgrace! I will be calling corporate ! If you wanna be a manager assistant manager or supervisor, whatever that title is you wanna carry then you better wear it with pride not with disgrace.
My wife visited this location, and employees did not know how to measure her for a simple bra. Got her size way off. They did not have her size which is odd for the kind of target clients that walk in this store. All around it was not a great experience for her.
My online order was cancelled apparently bc the agents don’t make commission…My husband went to pick it up and was advised there was no order. Ultimately, the customer service is horrible. The managers and store reps have no idea what they are doing. My first and last time ever ordering from Torrid. The manager Hope was condescending and apparently the store manager Lauren is never there…anyways what a waste of my time!
