Was surprised to find a Torrid close to where I had my GRS. I patronize a store local to me, and saw an outfit that I loved, but didn't purchase at the time. I was hoping that they had the outfit there, as I wanted something to celebrate my healing progression. Fortunately, this location was one of the few that stocks the Festi line of clothing. And I was able to get the entire outfit in my size.
The manager Heather just worked with me through a customer service problem regarding my Torrid credit card not working for a purchase. The whole situation was BEYOND frustrating with the credit card company & took forever & we had to jump a million hoops & that's the very short version. It's really hard to find good customer service anywhere these days & this woman should be the one to teach everyone how to remain calm & collected when you want to rip out your hair.
