Went there last week for work clothes. The cashier was having some troubles and had to keep running back for the manager who wouldnt come out until the 3rd time. The whole time she gave me attuide. This week I stopped there for a order and the same manager saw me and refused to help me, instead hiding in the back by the panties. Their online exchanges is terrible too, cant even do a exchange they just refund you and make you rebuy it making the process longer. No wonder their losing business.
Lady with purple hair was very polite with my daughter whom was trying to get fitted for a bra.
The worst customer service ever. Product has gone down hill. Very cheaply made poor quality clothing. Do not recommend anyone waste their time or money at Torrid.
I came in on 7/31/25 around 4pm and two incredible ladies made my not-so-great day into an amazing day (and right before I was due to clock in at my own customer service job). They were kind, personable and sympathetic. Helpful, too. I left with my online order AND a new swimsuit at a reduced cost. Just an incredible experience! Thank you ladies! Keep up the fantastic customer service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
