Torrid has been meh for years, but as they know there are limited options for plus size shoppers. I generally only go for bras because they have a decent range of sizes and they have sales. Today I went to park city on a limited time frame, to get a bra or two and the store was closed despite it being listed as “open”. The rest of the mall/stores were open. It’s bad enough there’s so few options but at least say if you’re gonna be closed so we don’t waste time.
The staff here are A-mazing. So friendly and helpful, always. I frequently do pickups for online orders, then stick around to browse.
Not one employee said hello. Not one employee offered help. We were never offered a dressing room. Found one unlocked. All employees were totally standoffish. While picking clothes, employees were arguing over clothes to dress a mannequin. This went on for 15 minutes. Literally yelling at each other. There was no employee contact with an employee until checkout. Then they were yelling at each other about who was going to help, while one couldn't remember her login password.
