The staff here are A-mazing. So friendly and helpful, always. I frequently do pickups for online orders, then stick around to browse.
Not one employee said hello. Not one employee offered help. We were never offered a dressing room. Found one unlocked. All employees were totally standoffish. While picking clothes, employees were arguing over clothes to dress a mannequin. This went on for 15 minutes. Literally yelling at each other. I have been a long time supporter or torrid but today might have been my last straw. Everything is sooo expensive. And now their buy one get one free on clearance change to just 50% off. That was one of the major benefits to allow people with lower incomes to still be able to buy higher quality items. Highly disappointed. Update 1/4/25- downgraded to 1 star.
