I’m so sad writing this..I love this place but on Black Friday I went into the store and ordered a jacket (they didn’t have my size or color I wanted) paid and was told 5-7 business days I bought the jacket for a trip I was leaving on 10 days later. (Cool plenty of time?) I saw the status of my order as ‘in process’ for two days ( no biggy it’s the weekend and way busy) by Monday I called the store no one picked up: so I called customer service and sat one hold for 45 min and got disconnect.
