I went to the store st the mall after no luck at the Hamburg location (even though the girls there were WONDERFUL) and got there at about 6:30pm. The girl at the mall store (pink or purple hair) never greeted us or offered any assistance. I only saw one person working and didn't see any other customers inside. WON'T BE BACK
Okay so normally I love shopping at Torrid but one of the workers were very rude to my friend and myself while I was taking her out to get some cute summery clothes on clearance. Making comments about her weight and saying things like “yeah *that’s* not gonna fit sweetie” and treating her rudely in the changing room area. We came about an hour and a half before close, with us being in and out within 45 minutes, and it felt like we were being rushed unless we were actively buying items.
