Kayla is amazing! I had recently had an abdominal trauma and was coming in to shop for very specific things. She was unbelievably kind and patient. She offered so many wonderful suggestions. It felt like shopping with a friend. I appreciate her more than she could ever know! May she always have a crisp cold Cherry Coke in her hand! Merry Christmas Kayla and Torrid!
I went there yesterday 7/18 and the two girls working that night were fantastic. They made me feel so comfortable and helped me until we found what I was looking for. I was blown away with the whole experience and will be going back. 10/10 and also to the manger on last nights shift ( I got some pralines!)
Very friendly staff, and I always find good deals here, and their dresses usually have pockets.
