Went in with my sister to show her the wirefree bras. The sales associate was so helpful with measurements, finding sizes to try and helping make sure things fit properly. It is a game changer to have things fit so well and the kindness and explanations from her made our day great. If only every bra shopping experience could be exactly like that visit!
Excellent store. was clean, bright, and inviting. Sales staff were polite,and knowledgeable. The manager (Rachael) was fantastic. You could definitely tell she really knows her job, dealing with some complicated returns and crabby customer ahead of us in line, all while also answering staff questions too. Overhead two women say that they pass two other Torrids, just to come to this one. Rachael and her staff make it apparent why.
