Waited over 20 minutes to pick up a package just to find out I was waiting in line behind an employee doing an online order. I wouldn't have minded if it was an actual customer, but an employee. Sarah could have done that on her own instead of holding up the line. A place online orders all the time without help from the sales associate, and I think a sales associate should be able to do the same thing.
