Super nice staff, clean store and good clearance section. Catie truly goes above and beyond. She helps with everything and makes you feel right at home. She can answer all of your questions and makes you feel like you are having a personal shopper even when the store is fully packed. Torrid is very lucky to have her. Also her manager Lisa is amazing and always so kind and helpful. Great staff and amazing prices if you shop the sales :)
I went shopping at this store I really love there clothes the top I got was made just for me it had a great fit it goes with so many clothes I have in my closet I am going to try some more thing later nice quality.
Stopped in to get sized for a bra. Katy assisted me and she provided great customer services! She was very friendly, patient and informative! Great job Katy!
Closed early!! Saw me at the door just trying to pick up my online order and wouldn’t let me in- BEFORE closing time!
