Some of the best shopping experiences I've ever had have been at Torrid. The ladies who work at the Conway location are friendly and knowledgeable, but most importantly they are excellent at building long term relationships with customers. You don't feel like you're going into a huge chain store that just wants you in and out as fast as possible: you feel like you're getting a top notch, personalized experience.
