Pleasant sales person. Bought stuff for my wife and there was a fitment issue. Return and exchange transactions were easy
Simply the worst. Very unwelcoming... Staff did not acknowledge me. Clothing looked like it was worn and put back on the racks. I felt as if I were shopping in a thrift store. Item's I've seen on sale online were full price and looked worn. Huge waste of time... I'll stick with Macy's, Boscovs and JCP.
Walked in and agent's talking to each other did not even acknowledge me until I spoke. Looked pissed like am disturbing them. No greeting when I walked in unlike the next people who came in. She slammed my order on the counter and was very dismissive. On the upside happy with my purchase.
