After visiting this establishment twice, I am unequivocally certain that I will never return. Furthermore, I will regretfully advise my colleagues to avoid wasting their time and money at this store. During my second visit—despite the first being somewhat tolerable—I witnessed a display of unprofessionalism that is absolutely unacceptable. A woman named Lisa M. Overheard a staff member making fun of a guest’s husband behind his back simply because he was wearing a Hawaiian shirt.
Simply the worst. Very unwelcoming... Staff seemed bothered by my presence. Clothing looked like it was worn and put back on the racks. I felt as if I were shopping in a thrift store. Item's I've seen on sale online were full price and looked like they had been worn. Huge waste of time... I'll stick with Macy's, Boscovs and JCP.
Pleasant sales person. Bought stuff for my wife and there was a fitment issue. Return and exchange transactions were easy
