I had ordered an item online to pick up in store. During the time my item was available I had a death in the family. The sales associate said they would hold my item until I could make it in to pick it up which was at least three weeks later. They were so kind when I went to pick it up. I even ended up purchasing another item. The sales associates are amazing and caring!!! I would recommend shopping at Torrid!! It isn’t only for plus size women.

I am a big fan of Torrid ;-) I have a closet or two full of beautiful suits, dresses, jackets, and sweaters tops belts. Halloween and Wednesday starting to filter in now!
