I visited this location to find great clothes for at least under $15-20 on clearance. Although to my dismay that wasn’t the case. Everything on clearance was overpriced.
I ordered something for pick and was never able to go get it. So I just waited for the 14 days to pass so they can cancel it and I can get a refund. Instead, the store apparently gave it to someone else or one of the workers stole it because I received an email saying thanks for picking it up. I just got off the phone with the Home office because I was refused a refund.
The best clothes I have bought for my wife, excellent quality and my wife loves them.
Very clean and well kept, even in the clearance section which is impressive. Sales persons are very helpful and friendly. Cashiers are always pleasant. I've gotten the same excited and appreciative customer service whether I've purchased $25, $100, $500, or not spent any money at all. As a woman who is struggling with self image right now, I find it so helpful for them to make it a positive experience.
