Will not return to this location. An uncomfortable experience. I went in today( I had the pink hair ), to pickup an order. My usual and preferred location in Tosa,closed. I’ll start off my saying that I don’t look like the target population that shops at Torrid. Mostly I buy jeans,leggings and dresses that are 00-0. I really don't know why I gave this store another chance. Once again, I am actively looking for clothes and walking around with multiple items to try on and no one acknowledges me. After 20 mins of waiting and still looking, I just the items I had on the nearest shelf and left. This isn't the first time this scenario has happened, but I don't believe I will be coming back so hopefully it's the last time it happens
I drove an hour to find out this store is no longer open. The Mayfair one is closed too.
