This Torrid is on the second level at King Of Prussia Mall. (Near bus entrance) Torrid is a hip store for fuller figures. The layout is the same as at Springfield Mall. Rock and roll Tshirts to the right, New Arrivals in front of store, shoes, lingerie, and sale items. It's best to try clothes on for best fitting. Discounts and perks are generous. Largest sizes not in store. You have to order online. Great deals!
The employees will literally do anything to make a sale, including LIE!!!! Two stars instead of one because i like torrid as a company. So my experience: I came into the store, not having a lot of time, explaining i just wanted to try on some things to figure out my sizing before ordering online as i hadn’t purchased from there before. They were very insistent that if i ordered for pickup i would still get the online pricing. This was my first visit here and I didn’t wind up buying anything. The staff tried to be helpful but their selection wasn’t very good and the store was not easy to navigate. I am limited with my mobility and either use an electric scooter or a walker to get around. The styles of the clothing also seemed like they are geared for younger women.
