I know it's store policy, but it'd be helpful if all employees KNEW the policy against trying on certain things, like packaged leggings. First off, I walked in....zero greeting and I was at a display literally across from the checkout. Secondly, I looked over and asked a young lady if I could try these on....the leggings that are wrapped already. She said, "yes," then continued with her personal conversation with another coworker. I have been shopping at Torrid for years, and have literally spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on my wardrobe. I am a VIP status because of how often I buy from them. Every time I have gone to the Fargo Torrid since they got their new manager several years ago, I have had nothing but bad experiences. Every Torrid that I’ve gone to, including Bismarck, Minot, and even in the Minneapolis area, I’ve never had problems returning items. 2 employees at the register and nobody in line. Both ignored us until i made eye contact. Then they told us they'd help us after they were done fiddling with clothes. Awful customer service and communication
