Super friendly staff! & clean store!
I decided to come back to the physical location. I walked away with 3 shirts and a cardigan this time. Though, I usually come for the bras and panty sets. Sadly, they didn't have my size for the style that I liked. So, I ordered from their catalog and it will be shipped soon. This is usually the problem that I encounter, so I stick to the website as this location isn't very convenient for me.
I've been to several Torrid stores and this is one of the good ones. Everything is organized well and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was only in quick to pick something up since I forgot a piece of clothing on a trip but was satisfied with their offerings.
