I've been to several Torrid stores and this is one of the good ones. Everything is organized well and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was only in quick to pick something up since I forgot a piece of clothing on a trip but was satisfied with their offerings. Prices are Torrid prices ans if you're not sure what that means, go online and check out their website.

I don’t know why it took me so long to find this store here but I’m so glad I have! The store is clean and organized, the dressing rooms are wonderful and there are soooo many clothing items to choose from. I always find way too much because everything is so gorgeous and comfortable. If you need help finding a certain size, they are more than willing to help. They also update you on sales, torrid cash, etc. obviously the clothing can be spendy but that is the world we live in and not necessarily the stores fault. I just dock... read more

I know it's store policy, but it'd be helpful if all employees KNEW the policy against trying on certain things, like packaged leggings. First off, I walked in....zero greeting and I was at a display literally across from the checkout. Secondly, I looked over and asked a young lady if I could try these on....the leggings that are wrapped already. She said, "yes," then continued with her personal conversation with another coworker. I have been shopping at Torrid for years, and have literally spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on my wardrobe. I am a VIP status because of how often I buy from them. Every time I have gone to the Fargo Torrid since they got their new manager several years ago, I have had nothing but bad experiences. Every Torrid that I’ve gone to, including Bismarck, Minot, and even in the Minneapolis area, I’ve never had problems returning items.
