not the friendliest at this location which sucks cause going into a mall as a plus size person already sucks then you go into the one store that you can shop at and the people aren't welcoming and make you feel like an inconvenience
Staff have been consistently friendly, and helpful. They've also been super considerate about calling to remind me about orders I havent picked up.
A tall white blonde lady that works there was rude and gave me attitude.
Dom (Dominique) is the best associate there. She is super helpful and nice!! I love coming here because of her. I always look forward to her assistance when I shop at Torrid. Thank you Dom. & This store overall is great. Friendly staff and clean store. Everyone there is great :)
