Staff have been consistently friendly, and helpful. They've also been super considerate about calling to remind me about orders I havent picked up.
A tall white blonde lady that works there was rude and gave me attitude.
Dom (Dominique) is the best associate there. She is super helpful and nice!! I love coming here because of her. I always look forward to her assistance when I shop at Torrid. Thank you Dom. & This store overall is great. Friendly staff and clean store. Everyone there is great :)
