Those of you who know me know 99.9% of my closest is from Torrid. I have shopped at over 50 different Torrid stores and today I had my worst experience ever at this store. I have never walked into a Torrid and left without buying anything well that’s over because the way I was treated at this store I refuse to buy anything from this store.
Today, my sister, mother, and I all went to this torrid location and we had the best experience. Reagan helped us and she was the sweetest most patient angel. She assisted us all and even accommodated with my special needs sister who needed some assistance with a bra fitting. Same with finding my mother a bra that would fit perfectly. She was truly fantastic and we had the best experience in torrid because of her. She was honest with us and helped us 100%.
