Walked in the rep did not even acknowledge me. Ask for help and felt like I was bothering her. Her co worker who was in the back at the time came out and was more helpful... I will never shop there again
Christine is amazing and she helped me find everything I needed. She treated me like I was her best friend and she truly made my shopping experience amazing! I came looking for a properly fitted bra and she went out of her way to find something that would fit me. Highly recommend coming here!
I typically shop at the Fashion sq mall location, Saturday 12/6 I visit Altamonte for the first time before afternoon hours and there was hardly any shoppers inside when I was there.. Not only was I not greeted, more so the only time I was acknowledged was when I reached out to try a bra on. Now I'm not sure if it's not custom for Torrid to help women find a bra that fits perfectly.. but I will say the Fashion square mall location goes over and beyond for their customers.
