I visited the store on May 1, 2025, and had a very disappointing experience. I was initially greeted by the employee and told her I didn’t need help. She stayed on the floor while I browsed, but when I was ready to check out, she had completely disappeared. I waited at the register for a solid 10 minutes—no one ever showed up. Store employees were very polite and helpful but I’m seriously disappointed in Torrid because they don’t have anything above a size 4 in the store. It’s hard enough for plus size people to find things in their size in any store, and now in one of the handful of stores that are supposed to serve them, you still can’t count on your size being there and have to order from the site? Please do better, Torrid.

Brittany is the rudest employee. They open late. Leave people standing outside PAST the time the store is supposed to be ooen and then have an attitude when you knock on the window (because the door is locked) and ask what time they open. I'd rather drive from Covington to Locust Grove to shop at THAT Torrid instead of dealing with the attitudes and lack of customer service at the Torrid 15 minutes from my house. I'll be contacting corporate about this. Ridiculous.
