The staff was extremely helpful she knew exactly what kind of tights I needed for my outfit. It's hard to see my legs since only about six inches was showing but the tights made me more confident. So if you ever want to feel good when you are shopping go to torrid the girls will have you leave with a smile every time. Not to mention the good quality you will get at the same time.
Use to shop here a lot, so for my birthday, my daughter and I revisited the store. They forgot to remove the security tag from one of the shirts I bought. Had to drive all the way back to remove it. There was no apology for the unconvince. They seemed more unconvinced than I was. Won't be doing there again. Maybe the Pleasant Prairie store has kinder staff.
I love the quality of torrid clothes the price and reward plus the torrid cash makes shopping great thanks to the staff at Gurnee mills store those ladies are amazing
