I literally wasn't GREETED by not ONE sales associate. They all walked past me. NOT ONE SAID HELLO!!!! The WORST experience I've ever had in here!!! All the staff looked like they rolled out of bed, and they literally hate their lives. What happened to customer service??? What happened to kindness??? Disappointed Torrid!
Casey did a great job helping me what I needed quickly. The staff are nice, store is clean.
Nice selection however the store smelled like a daycare
Have shopped here for years. Never had an issue, until a week ago. Sam, the associate who rung me up, had a terrible attitude.
