Friendly, helpful staff, good selection.
They don’t have swimsuit— haven’t had them in 5 years. Maybe find a way to update google business? Offered me a sports bra as a swim suit. It’s 2025- And torrid wonders why their customer base is failing them. (Mentioned that and they were quick to get defensive). Said have a good evening and was met with silence. LOL.
This location is lacking properly trained staff and staff that actually care about their job. My receipt says her name is Caitlin. I had a return, and she was flat out rude to me about not having the tags, and they don't carry different inseems in store, so she couldn't help me. I was going to buy more clothes because I LOVE Torrid, but not this location. Really didn't appreciate your attitude towards me. Also, she was just standing behind the counter doing absolutely nothing.
