Deceptive pricing! Went here with my Mom and we saw a rack of pretty dresses. Signs on the rack said $25, and we thought that was a good deal. We tried on some and picked two out. We go to checkout, and both dresses rang up like $80 each. My Mom asked about the price, and the cashier said we had to read the fine print. So I went back to the sign and in tiny letters under the $25 it says *dresses $59.99 or below only*. I look on the rack, and none of the dresses were $60 or cheaper. The ladies working here are so kind and always there to offer help if needed. I wish I got her name when I shopped there today but she has short brown hair and bangs. She has amazing customer service skills - give her a raise! To Torrid specifically, you should carry all inseam options for women who are shorter/taller in store!
Very small store; it seems Torrid just caters to their online customers now. Sometimes the staff are nice; it's hit or miss. They were very friendly at my last visit.
