The ladies working here are so kind and always there to offer help if needed. I wish I got her name when I shopped there today but she has short brown hair and bangs. She has amazing customer service skills - give her a raise! To Torrid specifically, you should carry all inseam options for women who are shorter/taller in store!
Very small store; it seems Torrid just caters to their online customers now. Sometimes the staff are nice; it's hit or miss. They were very friendly at my last visit.

The person whose name that starts with a N was interesting. Kinda smelt bad. Good experience just idk about that creature. Lydia, I think was her name. She was very nice and is deserving of a raise!
