I have been shopping at the Torrid location on East Broad since it opened, and it has truly become my home store. While I’ve visited other Torrid locations around the Columbus area when an item wasn’t available, I always find myself coming back here. Sam, Mary, Nickie and Jody feel like family to me. Honestly had the best experience yesterday when the associate Mary helped me. She was my angel yesterday! I had both kids with me and she pulled everything I was looking for and kept my hands empty and dressing room full. Thank you so so much Mary!!
