I placed an order last week and it is yet, to be created. Not really impressed with online ordering or the staff. They are nice yet, not that helpful. Finding my size is hard let alone I have to try them all on before leaving because my first experience at Torrid and ordering at the Fairfield Mall was super fast. Mandi at this store excels what any company would want as their staff. She is kind patient and so helpful, I am disabled and she went above and beyond when it came to helping me get what I needed. I can not express how thankful and grateful I am for her assistance. I just think she is amazing and deserves a raise and a promotion!
