My wife loves the clothes here. The staff is always friendly & helpful.
Drove an hour there and an hour back Saturday 9-6-25 to make a return and to shop. After the drive, walked in mall and sign on the door said they were closed, with no explanation. If you list business hours then dont abide by them that causes distrust disgust time and money to the customer. What a waste of time drive and gas for me! Tasha was absolutely superb! I came into the store with a dire need (a great bra for a wedding a day away!) and she supported me with a measurement, browsing on my behalf, listening to my needs, and providing so many helpful tips along the way. I adored her personality and felt so supported.
I have never been to Torrid before today but I absolutely loved it! The clothes are cute and I could actually find clothes that fit and looked good on me. It is so hard to find clothes for me as I’m 6’1 and a 3XL but I walked out of that store today with probably 10 new shirts and 4 new pairs of pants and half my momma’s bank account gone 🤣. The selection of designs along with sizes were extremely limited and nothing was in order of size. I refuse to pay the prices just to dig through piles of stuff as if I were at some discount store. I was very disappointed and will not be returning to that location. Considering my entire wardrobe is Torrid and I've never had a bad experience at any location I've been to this store should be ashamed.
