I was in the store Saturday 12/6 to make a large return. I bought close to $500 of merchandise online and returned less than half totaling approx. $200. Sorry things don’t fit my body the same since I had a baby. The older associate was rude - dirty looks, insinuation I was doing something wrong(made the comment Torrid will be tracking all returns soon ‘like Walmart’) and was just generally unpleasant to deal with.
