I was in the store Saturday 12/6 to make a large return. I bought close to $500 of merchandise online and returned less than half totaling approx. $200. Sorry things don’t fit my body the same since I had a baby. The older associate was rude - dirty looks, insinuation I was doing something wrong(made the comment Torrid will be tracking all returns soon ‘like Walmart’) and was just generally unpleasant to deal with. I went in 2 days ago. I wasn’t greeted but didn’t really mind that, it makes me nervous. What did bother me is the two worker (an Asian women and older women) bickered the whole time. The Asian women belittled the older one about something who then walked away and muttered about if she quits they’ll wish she didn’t. Later the older women was showing on the computer and telling the younger one (in front of me) that the sign the other lady was wanting them to work on wasn’t supposed to be up until the next day and complaining.... read more
