Had one of the best experiences here ever at this store. I believe Ashley was the one who helped me. Everything I wanted wasn't available in the size I needed, so she had everything shipped to me. Extremely kind and so helpful. I will definitely be back.

I came in looking for an outfit that looks great and boosts my confidence for a big presentation I have this upcoming Tuesday. I worked directly with Melissa and had such a great experience. Melissa was kind, considerate and personable. She helped me tp find an outfit i felt beautiful in and looked great on me. I highly recommend stopping in and asking for Melissa.

Just had an odd experience today. After asking for help looking for a specific shirt I needed for a work event, an employee interrupts "I don't have the mental capacity for this" and proceeds to walk away. Kind of caught me off guard. Yes, I did still get help by two other employees. They were kind and helpful. And I'm sure the other person didn't intend for that to sound as rude as it did, but I would advise maybe not saying that in front of more customers to their faces. Man oh man Torrid of St. Cloud has really fallen. I walked in, stood at the register for a good 5 minutes and it was like a ghost town. The store was completely empty. No customers or employees in sight. The ONLY reason it gets 2 stars is because I still like most of the clothes they sell.
