Yaya was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in. She greeted us with genuine warmth, guided us through the store, and made the entire shopping experience effortless and enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond in every interaction. Her customer service was exceptional, and she truly deserves recognition for her outstanding efforts.
I don’t see myself shopping at any other stores for my bras. I am forever grateful for the two lovely people at torrid who went above and beyond to help me find a bra for a wedding. Robbie and Spencer are literally the best! If you need anything bra wise they’re the two to go to! Robbie helped me even though her shift ended and then had Spencer help me.
