This was my first time shopping at Torrid and I must say this was the best shopping experience I have ever had! I have always had trouble shopping being a curvy girl, and usually leave a stores feeling more depressed than when I walked in. Brought my wife there to shop, and I must say, as a former Retail District and Regional Manager, I was very impressed with their customer service. Robie, the acting store manager was very outgoing and attentive. They helped my wife find exactly what she was looking for. She will definitely be back soon.
My wife loves this store. They are always so kind and helpful every time we go. The whole crew is amazing, but I have noticed Spencer always goes above and beyond.
