Brought my wife there to shop, and I must say, as a former Retail District and Regional Manager, I was very impressed with their customer service. Robie, the acting store manager was very outgoing and attentive. They helped my wife find exactly what she was looking for. She will definitely be back soon.
My wife loves this store. They are always so kind and helpful every time we go. The whole crew is amazing, but I have noticed Spencer always goes above and beyond.
Shopping at this Torrid is always a pleasure! All the ladies that work here are welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They call right away if you have an online order come in. They greet you as soon as you walk in and are happy to get you a fitting room. Spencer especially remembers you and goes above and beyond to help you find something. She is definitely an asset to the team and company!
