Kirby was an excellent customer service representative for Torrid. She immediately greeted me along with the other workerthat was there. She noticed that I had a return and still wanted to help me out throughout the entire store. She helped gather items that I was looking for, specifically certain type of sweaters, and even how they would sit on my hips.
