I had a rather unpleasant experience. I briefly left the dressing room to retrieve a different-sized shirt. Upon my return, I found that someone else had occupied the room, and an employee then inquired if I had finished with it, despite my absence being less than a minute.

I love this store and always spend WWWWAAAAYYYY too much in here. The sizing is always spot on. I am not a small girl, and finding clothing in style is hard to do for a decent price. The staff are truthful about a style and careful in verbiage. The store is clean and always mostly stalked with all sizes. If they dont have it in store, the staff will assist you in ordering it offline. I would give 1million stars if I could!

I called in and an employee named Kirby was very patient with me. I had multiple questions and had multiple things to look up if they were in Store or not and she was happy to help and never once made me feel rushed. Thank you Kirby!

Was called by them out of the blue about a missing package and then they told me I’m a scammer. I never once said that I had a missing package ever. Didn’t even know who I was talking to until I googled the phone number. They say I’m scamming them because I tried to call them this morning lol. This whole company is ridiculous. Will never shop here again.
