First time shopping here over the weekend. I had a fantastic experience! I haven't been clothes shopping in a very long time. The lady that helped me made what I thought would be an overwhelming experience, so chill and fun. I am so sad I don't remember her name to give her a shout-out. She was absolutely fantastic! So personable, extremely patient with all my questions. She explained deals, and helped me figure out what look I was going for. 10/10 experience, and I will be returning :)

I am very disappointed in the treatment I received when trying to find out if my package had arrived to this store. When I tracked the package it showed ready for pickup however I didn't receive an email or call. That's ok what is not ok is when I called the store I was placed on hold for over six minutes the young lady didn't come back to the phone. I had to hang up and call back. I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding repeated instances of unprofessional and discourteous customer service I have experienced with one of your employees Danielle the store manager.
