I should’ve made this review earlier- I hope I remember her name correctly but Brandy was amazing ! I had a job interview and I needed some professional pants and a top. She was extremely helpful and kind- I got the job too🥳. It was my first time going into Torrid and I was self conscious about not finding the right fitting for clothes- everything fit amazingly ! I wanted to give a huge thanks to Mindy, Brandi, Bex, Ellie, Lizzy, and Stacey! They were all incredible and literally every single one of them helped me with something while I was shopping. They were all friendly, funny, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I appreciate the time they took to help me with all my questions and would gladly shop there again. Thank you all!!
My girlfriend was trying on some clothes in the changing room when all of a sudden a worker opened our door and started at us she didn’t say sorry or anything for opening the door she just stared at us and closed the door after a couple seconds of staring at us
The staff is... hostile. I get it, I work in customer service too and sometimes you are either having a bad personal day or a bad work day, but don't take it out on your customers.
