The staff is... hostile. I get it, I work in customer service too and sometimes you are either having a bad personal day or a bad work day, but don't take it out on your customers.
I want to shout out Ashley and Nevaeh. They asked about my event and suggested options. I purchased an outfit that I hadn’t considered for my concert and I am so pumped about it. ADDITIONALLY, got a better price in store then online. Thanks ladies, I don’t love clothes shopping but today I did! I’m gonna look cute and be comfy for my concert! Something I never thought could happen. The BEST experience.
6/4/25 I have shopped at torrid for years and I buy online and do returns in store when needed…I had some returns today to the flatirons store in CO walked in said hi!! the sales associate was at the register folding clothes literally looked at me (I know returns are annoying) gave me a look did not say a word to me…I knew immediately she was pissed I had returns…I said no hi? She just looked at me and said yeah sorry…so to forgo an unpleasant interaction I just left and I will do my returns elsewhere…I was ready to shop too... read more
