I love torrid!!!! I shop here very often. The selection they have is always awesome and they also have very nice work, casual and even sleepwear! Also their bras are good the 360 back smoothing is my favorite also has good support!
If I could I would give a zero star for this location. For being a store manager and training the lack of customer service, respect, and knowledge to offer solutions is beyond unacceptable. I would never go to this location again. I spend hundreds of dollars for this brand to have this treatment. I will be looking for a better location. Sad that she is a store manager and gives this treatments
Great customer service!! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with enthusiasm. I was looking for dress shoes for a wedding and the ladies looked in the back for me which was above and beyond! Thank you for all your help ladies you definitely saved the day!
The staff here were great! Helped my wife find a pair of shoes they didn’t have any she like so someone went in the back to check the returns and found the perfect pair. The service is immaculate. Great staff give them a raise!
