Very limited stock and definitely targetting older people now, I'm in my 30s and wouldn't wear anything they had this year even though it used to be my go to shop.
Torrid is great for clothing but each time they open a new store it gets smaller. The less space the less quantity and variety. This store proves all of the above. Employees are nice and the store is clean but corporate should stop chopping corners and amount of product they carry in store. Online shipping is very slow with torrid.

So annoyed this is the 3rd time I’ve come and it’s closed!! It is so hard to find time to shop and when I finally do get the time it says it’s open on Google but I show up and they’re closed “due to hvac issues” why are all the other stores open?? Google should be updated for these random closings that seem to happen often. Its so frustrating.. when they are open though the girls that work there are lovely
Please update your store hours on websites so others don’t drive over an hour to find out you’re closed.
