I wish I could give the store zero stars, but I had to give one to be able to write a review, everyone that works at the store has no idea what’s going on, I’ve had three separate occasions were their customer service was absolutely awful, I bought a bunch of clothes over Covid. I will not return to this location! On sept 2 I bought a light blue spring looking dress. I bought the dress because I’m going on a cruise. The dress was on a rack marked 50 percent off. I went to the counter to purchase my item and when it was rung up the sales lady said 96.00 is your total. I stated it should be 50 percent off. I believe she was the “manager” chimed in and stated “No it is full price it is a new fall item”. “ new items don’t go on sale” she rolled her eyes and walked away. I had a very mixed feeling experience... we came to this location hoping to have a better selection of clothes.. which they did have. I was greater quickly and disregarded just as quickly..I told the girl exactly what I wanted and the size 10t or 12t and was shown a style she was putting out from behind the desk. and when I told her I did not care for the style I was told they rarely carry talls to order on line. unless it's a return....well I shopped by myself found both sizes was so happy but than was charged not what the ... read more
