Shopped in store last week and ordered several items and bought one that day. The ordered items came in quickly. The manager and sales assoc. were friendly and very helpful. It's a shame they will be closing their store in Magnolia Mall after the first of the year. Love, love, love Torrid's sales. I Alex enjoyed being able to shop in person and go home with my purchases.
Always find something stylish when visiting online or in the store.
Whatever you do, do NOT opt for pick up in store. They will not have it ready in 4 hours, they won’t even have it ready in 4 days. I called 3 days after the order was placed and was assured it would be ready in 20 mins! The next day I drive the 45 mins after work to pick it up and my order still isn’t ready. Then to top it all off, they don’t have anything I ordered. Management really REALLY sucks at this location. No apologies, no nothing.
