I used to love this store. The employees were always helpful. They would always help me order stuff online instore and over the phone. Last time I called they told me policy changed they no longer help customer order anything on their website. Ended up calling the torrid 1800 number asking them if policy actually changed and if they would be willing to help me. Thankfully they did.
