It's not as welcoming as it used to be. In the last 2 years I've heard from multiple ppl that the staff barely acknowledge you and when I worked there for 2+ years it was all about building relationships with your customers. You have to get to know them, ask probing questions to help them find what they need or want so you can suggest styles they may not have paired together. I used to love this store. The employees were always helpful. They would always help me order stuff online instore and over the phone. Last time I called they told me policy changed they no longer help customer order anything on their website. Ended up calling the torrid 1800 number asking them if policy actually changed and if they would be willing to help me. Thankfully they did.
