I visited this torrid on Saturday 2/21 around 5pm, only came to grab some new leggings and was expecting a quick easy shopping trip and all was well until it was time to checkout , nobody was incredibly rude but the cashier was not welcoming at all and was giving me such weird looks and staring at me which made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome here. not a good or friendly vibe at all. Went into the store to seek help from a salesperson after shopping online. When I walked into the store I was not greeted by either of the two sales associates in the store. I walked up to who I assume is the store manager for assistance as she clicked on an tablet, she blew me off and her exact words were she'll help me when she's not busy. The manager at this store is extremely rude!
My first experience: What I was looking for was 'out of season' but the lovely lady working, (wish I would have gotten her name, sorry,) was INCREDIBLE. She legitimately saved my day. (Shopping last minute for something important.) Stopped what she was doing and thought hard about where else I might find my specific dress. She listened intently, and provided great advice. She was super sweet, and had amazing style, and I can't wait to go back in and visit again, hopefully she'll be there and I can update this with her name. ... read more
