I visited this torrid on Saturday 2/21 around 5pm, only came to grab some new leggings and was expecting a quick easy shopping trip and all was well until it was time to checkout , nobody was incredibly rude but the cashier was not welcoming at all and was giving me such weird looks and staring at me which made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome here. not a good or friendly vibe at all. Went into the store to seek help from a salesperson after shopping online. When I walked into the store I was not greeted by either of the two sales associates in the store. I walked up to who I assume is the store manager for assistance as she clicked on an tablet, she blew me off and her exact words were she'll help me when she's not busy.
