I went in to Torrid yesterday on the recommendation of my daughter as I needed a new bra. I was the only customer in the store. There was only one employee, a young lady. She was talking on her cell phone. She gave me a little smile and continued her conversation. I was interested to see if she would end her conversation and greet me or offer to help me, so I began browsing through the lingerie. Would give zero stars if I could. Did an online order for pickup and only received half of the items I purchased. Nobody could seem to find the rest of my items and have yet to get a refund for my missing items. Will never be shopping or ordering from this store again.

The manager Brittany is awesome! Great selection for a smaller store. They are always so helpful fitting and finding the right sizes. They are also quick to help you take advantage of sales going on. By far the best plus size store around quality wise.

Terrible customer service! The manager just ignores you when you come in. She looks grumpy all the time. Not to mention the unprofessional way she dresses. She works in a clothing store! 3 times I went in and was ignored!
