The check out line was out the door! Took almost 45 minutes to pay.
Kendal and Yajaira were fantastic. They were friendly and they made the effort to want to help and I greatly appreciate it. Store was clean and organized. Wish they still had more 5s in store. It seems like all of the Torrid stores has removed majority of those sizes but I was still able to find some 5’s in store which I was grateful for! ☺️
This is probably the biggest Torrid I've ever encountered. Large selection in store and great customer service provided.
I just spent about an hour or so in this store looking for an outfit to wear to a bridal shower this weekend. I had no idea where to start, and Melanie was absolutely phenomenal at guiding me to a few different options, helping switch out different sizes. I will absolutely come back to the store and shop again soon. There was another girl helping at the register, I didn't catch her name, she was just as amazing. The only damn store I can shop at for clothes. I'm busty and shirts never fit me right from anywhere, it's exhausting. Every time I come here I spend 2 hours trying stuff on because almost everything fits so perfectly and is soooo cute! This location has been amazing every time and I really wish they'd stop closing stores down everywhere else.
