Last week was the first time I've used my Torrid account in a year due to the poor Customer Service in the location in the Arlington Highlands. I go in, pay my bill and leave. I took a chance, purchased and ordered items with a very pleasant African American Employee. On 10/23, I came in to pickup the item I ordered. The Employee was labeling shipment to be picked up.
