Last week was the first time I've used my Torrid account in a year due to the poor Customer Service in the location in the Arlington Highlands. I go in, pay my bill and leave. I took a chance, purchased and ordered items with a very pleasant African American Employee. On 10/23, I came in to pickup the item I ordered. The Employee was labeling shipment to be picked up. I can't say enough about Torrid (here in the Highlands!) I've window shopped plenty at this location but went to purchase for the first time yesterday. The customer service is superb; the ladies were so nice. Kim helped me on the floor and at the dressing rooms. A young lady I've seen before (and who apparently had been stuck in bad christmas traffic on her way to work) helped me at the register. She was so knowledgeable. I frequent this torrid location because it is closest to home. The best part about the ladies that work here, is the fact that they are the most helpful ladies I've ever met. This is the only clothing line (store) who WANT to help you. I was trying on a dress and wanted a white cardigan so I asked the lady who was helping me if she could grab a cardigan she thought was pretty off the floor in my size. She grabbed like four for me! Let Me Tell You...I Looovvveee this store and the great customer service they have. I drive all the way from fort worth to this store. I refuse to go in the Torrid in the Hulen Mall. I will travel any day to this store before I go to the hulen mall Torrid..This Is The Store I Get My Packages Sent To and I Will Never Hesitate to Drive Those 30miles....If I could give this store a million stars I would.. Keep up the great work ladies!!

Just brought my daughter here for the first time and we absolutely loved it!! Excellent customer service and my daughter couldn't be happier with the swimsuit we bought!! Thank you!! :)

Normally the staff is very helpful, but I just left the store and it was like I was invisible. I've spent quite a bit of money there. Today I was planning to buy more. I told an associate that I didn't feel like they were attentive. The store was not crowded at all. So I just left.
