The Mentor location used to be my go-to store 5 mins down the road but with the new "staff" I will be shopping online or shopping at the CLE or PA location. I have never been to a store where the people working there are so self-involved and miserable. Sorry, customers imply you doing what your being paid for.

You have your hours listed as opening at 10 A.M., drove all the way to mentor to return something I purchased online and your store was not open. Waited until 12:15 and still not open. But I did see someone behind the counter watching me as I tried to open the still locked door. I have never had a problem at this store, but after this I’m pretty upset. Now I have to return something by mail and pay for shipping. I will be contacting Torrid directly.
Love this store! Their staff is wonderful. Went in with my daughters and they assisted us for several hours, made suggestions, and helped us pair the BOGOs so we got the most out of our shopping that day!
